[Product Highlight] Quick Clean Rotary Valve

Every now and then, new high-tech products are presented to ourselves constantly, they are all emphasizing one design concept – “people-oriented”.  These new products help consumers get connected with technology more humanely.

 

A good design must be able to overcome the inconvenience for the user. The source of innovative design is usually refined from those inconvenience.

For example, when the rotary valve is in use, beside the problem of leakage and anti-shearing, the other main problem will be the cleaning issue when changing materials,  often time-consuming and labor-costing.

1. The side cover has a quick-release bolt design, which can quickly open the side cover
2. Special slide rail design provides sufficient strength and support for the side cover and rotor to pull out/push in
3. Special bearing design makes the center point more accurate and can provide more support to prevent the rotor from falling
4. Interlocking structure, with automatic positioning and reversible clutch design
