Air Control Unit (ACU)

ACU is specially designed to use with dense phase conveying system. When conveying under dense phase condition, referring as high pressure, low gas velocity and high particle air ration, the granule or powder will create a slug flow. In this situation, ACU becomes a necessity for controlling and offering precise air amount to stabilize the flow.

Important components & functions:

Venturi flow control valve : control the air in-flow amount。
Pressure control unit : include pressure and flow transmitters that provide signals for adjusting air conveying volume。
ACU controller : built with a microprocessor, it manages flow data analysis and sends signal to the venturi valve for air in-flow adjustment。

ACU Features:

*Manage air in-flow to stabilize the conveying flow。
*Equipped with auto sensor, when there is possible blockage, ACU conveying air-in-flow for cleaning and eliminate the clog in the pipeline。
