Purpose and Advantage

Conveying hot material can cause expansion on rotor, using heat can synchronize
the expansion of valve body and rotor. This maintain the rotor clearance and to avoid
damages causing by the interference between rotor and valve body and it can also
reduce the air leakage rate.

Service Condition

Valve needs to be heated to a fixed temperature before feeding material.
